I had a simular JT down pipe on a 9000 CDE. Never threw a CEL.
I think you have to lengthen the wires of the second O2 sensor so it can reach farther back. I did that on a VW passat and didnt have any problems.
I think your base boost pressure goes down too because of the lower back pressure. So you may want to get a SMBC. They you dont have to screw with the waste gate rod.
