start with two fresh O2 sensors and there shouldnt be any problems.
The factory setup has two cats because one is a "fast lightoff" type, the other is a regular (slower response) one. The new downpipe has a combo unit on it. You wont throw a CEL since the computer isnt looking at the O2 sensors until it reaches closed loop operation (engine is warmed up), so the fact that there is no fast response cat is irrelevent.
I also agree with the other poster about the SMBC. It is a super easy and cheap mod that will increase the response time of the turbo. Ultimate power doesnt increase, but it feels more perky.
Also, while you have the downpipe off, pull the pan and check for sludge.
