pancake batter looking coolant

Just bought my first Saab a few days ago. 1999 V6, 130K miles, 10K miles on new head gaskets/ heads rebuilt. I drove it home (60 miles) with no issues, never heated up or anything. So I pop the hood when I get home and start checking things out. I opened the coolant reservoir and out spewed pancake batter looking stuff... definitely not coolant. So my research has found that a leaking oil cooler may be the culprit. I pulled the oil cooler today and cleaned all the goop off of it. no visible cracks. i plugged one end with my thumb and sucked on the other then plugged it with my lips so it held tight negative pressure. It held pressure for over a minute then I stopped. I was hoping to find a huge leak in the cooler but it appears to be okay. Any other Ideas? There is no coolant in he oil and the car runs great.
