Oil change/service question

Have a 2006 9-5 that had it's 20,000 mile service done just before I bought it almost 4 months ago. I have added a little over 3000 miles since then. I am considering having the oil changed to be on the safe side, b/c even though I called the Saab dealership in Charlotte and they assured me that everything was done that was scheduled for 20k miles, they surprisingly can not print off details of was done during this service. So, I guess I am a little paranoid.
Also, when I first crank it up, there's a slight uneven idle. When I am backing out of the garage first thing in the am, I notice it most. Seems to away after its warmed up. B/c of this I am concerned about sludge, and thought it would be safe to change the oil, oil filter, and air filter. Am I being over concerned?
Lastly, b/c the nearest saab dealer is 90 miles away, would it be safe to have this done at a local Jiffy Lube or Valvoline shop, as long as they put the correct synthetic oil in, etc.?
Any guidance or words of wisdom is welcome.
