Yes to everything. Why all the questions? - you seem to know the correct answers already.
If the wheels are not at the correct angles (toe-in, caster and camber, both front and rear) as specified by Saab, then steering feel, stabilty, tire tread life and handling safety are adversely affected. If anything is seriously loose in the suspension hardware, ditto. If a wheel is bent or imbalanced, or a tire out of round, you will feel the problem increase with the car's speed, usually at 60 mph or faster for imbalance.
If you are concerned, take the car to the dealer and have them check everything and align the car. They know what to look for. They will check for excessive wear in the steering and lost wheel weights, for example. If the car still misbehaves after they have done their stuff, then let's look at the situation again.
The car should definitely not feel like it's falling apart when you hit a bump!
