Since non of us know the exact fail pattern and test procedures done so far, it is not really possible to give a solid advice.
You see, at a certain point, it is not possible to give "shoot from the hip" advices but it takes to have the car present and following a certain fault tracing procedure.
When the ABS module fails it usually kicks it off the network at times and you cannot communicate with it using the Tech 2. If that's the case, it is a good guess it is the module.
If the module is still online but have fault codes for different wheel sensor, the next stop is to study the wheel sensors using the Tech 2 to see if they all send a proper signal to the ABS module.
If one wheel sensor is not sending a signal, the next stop is to hook a labscope up to those wires and check for if it is a wire/sensor problem or a problem within the ABS module.
All this takes time AND a mechanic that cares to find the real problem, not just swapping parts in until the problem is found.
