Oil, turbo and CPO question

The CPO is drawing to a close on our 9-5 Linear wagon. The car is in great shape and oil has been done every 5K with Mobil 1.
The dealer is gonna see it soon and I want to get whatever I can covered if possible.
I pulled the turbo to intercooler hose off yesterday to see if much oil was getting past and there was a thin film of oil, enough to easily pick up on a finger inside the hose. Also some inside the plastic intake tube from the intercooler to the intake manifold. How much oil is normal, or do I have a case for getting a new turbo? The car runs fine and does not appear to use any oil. Plugs all look good.
Also, is it worth paying the dealer to drop the oil pan and clean the strainer? I haven't dropped the pan yet, and can always do it later, but if dropping the pan disclosed a sludge condition it might be worth knowing.
Any input is welcome!
TIA
