My indy told me ALL turbocharged cars will have a thin film of oil in the intake after the turbo, even brand new ones. It's when there's enough to pool up and you can actually dribble/pour it out when you've got an issue.
As for dropping the oil pan, it's totally up to you. If you got PCV 6 early on, and do regular oil changes with quality synthetic oil there shouldn't be a problem. Do you have time to do it yourself before the CPO ends?
