First, I believe it highly unlikely that an Amateur Radio station could cause this type if thing. For one, the Ham radio would need to dupipcate not only the frequency of the fob, but the individualized code that will be transmitted that one time only to the car from the fob.
Second, if it were some artifact from a transmitter, I would think it would affect all Saabs, and perhaps all cars in a radius, not just one particular car.
But Hams can be if assistance, if the problem is with an external transmitter. Individual hams and/or clubs may have experience or equipment to assist in finding the source. Also, Hams have to operate their stations within the law, so they would be interested in making sur that is the case.
