several Accords, none of which ever needed to be towed. Today I impressed the guys at Harbor Freight with hatch-back versatility by fitting a 20-ton press in the back. Why did I need it? to replace the intermediate bearing in our 04 Aero 9-5 wagon that failed at only 66K. It has had numerous other problems, but not yet needed to be towed. Only one of our 3 past 9000s needed towing when the clutch hose popped, but they certainly had their share of part failures. There is no question that Honda/Acura are more reliable and less failure prone than Saab. One of the reasons we stayed with Saab is hatchback (now wagon) versatility. I drove a TSX and loved it, but would really miss the hatch.
