I keep hearing people complain of this and I just don't get it... yes, 9-5's been around for a while, as did the NG900/9-3, as did the c900, as did the 99... goes back forever! Porsche is the same. The 911 (in it's various forms) is a legend. That's part of what makes them great!
Product improvements make sense. That happens throughout the model run. But I sure would rather have a tried + tested model than a whiz bang first model year that is constantly off to the garage... Seems to take a model about 3 years to really make itself right (5 years for 9-5?)... without a decent model run, the window of opportunity for a smart buyer is short!
