I am also driving an 02' Saab Linear with 105K with the same problem as indicated last summer or when the car was at 80K and the tranny fluid was only at 40K miles. I had the fluid changed out at the dealer since I didn't have time to do it myself. They had to do it twice since they mistakenly replaced it with standard tranny fluid. Lucky for me, they discovered that as I was still there waiting.
This time I had the whole summer to it, so I did. I used full synthetic fluid and I bought the Mobil brand as recommended couple of years ago on one of the posting here. Well, so far I know that my engine or car doesn't vibrate at all at the stop light like before. The shifting is normal to silky smooth even at -10 degrees below zero. So, all I can say is that the fluid is important and make sure you're using synthetic tranny fluid.
Best ofluck!
