In theory, with everything else working, if TWICE was replaced, and properly programmed, everything that depends on TWICE should work right. I assume the car starts and drives, so TWICE must be on the P-bus, properly programmed with the VIN, else Trionic won't start the car.
What else could be affecting the radio? Fuses, of course, but it's possible that TWICE isn't talking on the other bus (I forget what it's called...), so the radio isn't seeing that it's properly connected. You may be on to something with the corrosion.
Though, I think that TWICE is only on one bus, and the MIU translates between busses... I don't have the book in front of me, so I'm not sure.
The only other sensor that's low, like the TWICE would be the tilt/motion sensor, but that may be integrated with TWICE, and not a separate sensor. The other sensors are the door light switches and the glass breakage sensor, which, unless your car was submerged halfway up the doors, shouldn't have gotten wet.
