Hopefully, you're near one of the TSN-listed mechanics (see link). If you are, take it there for a second opinion.
I would definitely recommend doing the timing belt pulleys & tensioner, and the water pump also Getting to the water pump is 90% of the labor to get to the timing belt, so it makes sense to not have to pay for that again. Also, the pump is 7 years old, so though it may go another few years, why risk it.
Know, though, that that job can cost $1,000 or more by itself from a mechanic.
You might want to have them replace the thermostat, too at this point.
Unless the mechanic is particularly small of stature, the rear bank spark plugs are not hard to access at all.
Other things to do: filters (oil, air, fuel & cabin air).
Replace the serpentine belt, but hold on the serp belt tensioner. They last a long time, and though you might be inconvenienced when (if) it fails, you're not facing $5,000 in engine rebuild costs. As for the serp belt pulleys, I'm not sure. I haven't been able to keep a 9-5 long enough to need to change any!
