You may have more than one problem. Are you getting the 10.5 volts during cranking or just when checking the battery with the key off? 10 volts on a battery that is just sitting indicates a bad cell. Let's suppose that you are dropping below 10 volts during cranking and your computers are resetting. The initial load on your battery at first crank can be 200 to 250 amps and then it drops to 100 amps as the starter gets spinning. Then the voltage recovers a bit and it starts. If you car has adpated to a small air leak or loose hose during your last drive cycle, that adaptation would be reset hence the rough start. A battery with a bad cell can come and go before it goes completely.
The best way to check cables and connections is to measure voltage drop. I have seen cases where measuring from the positive battery terminal to the back of the alternator there is 3 volts showing on my meter. That means that from one end of the cable to the other 3 volts is being lost to resistance. This works on ground cables too.
It sounds like a bad cell to me.
