I have a 2005 9-5 Aero and just had my 60k service done at the Saab dealer and have a few questions for you guys. I specifically asked them to replace the two idler pulleys but looking at the invoice, I don't see that any of the pulleys were replaced. They only replaced the tensioner.
First of all, how many pulleys are there? The part listed on the invoice says "pulleytensb235" and there is a mention of replacing the tensioner in the labor section.
I called them up today and was told that there are two idler pulleys and one of them is part of the tensioner. They replaced the one with the tensioner, but the other one was in good shape so it didn't need a replacement. I am hoping some of you guys can clarify this for me. Thanks
