I agree with Doug. Shocks will not add any ride height. Mainly the issue is springs and a little bit with bushings, etc. The easiest fix is to add spring lifts under the springs and the shock spring shelf. This will bring the ride height up to spec and in turn, fix camber issues (and some tow) issues. At least it can then be aligned. I have done this on about 10 9-5's so far and this indeed fixes the problem. Please see web site below.
