I just came back into the house from doing this for the third time over 150K. I think I recall you saying that the window rollers snapped right in when you did the job. I wanted to inform you that each roller should snap in TWICE. The first snap is easy thumb push but the pegs are not seated all the way in the rollers. You need to use plumbing pliers to clamp them and with moderate force you will hear a second snap.

If you did this, never mind, if you didn't I think you need to go back in there.

Also, I used a silver type grease last time, probably ball bearing or something. when I inspected the window when out, I noticed that the grease dried up into clumps on the silver guide pieces attached to the glass. Not good. I cleaned it out, snapped the window back in and am driving to autozone to pick up grease (I always lose my stuff) I'll pack grease when I get back and pop the panel back on.

I'm getting good at this, it took me all of 20 minutes.
