Yikes so there is a little more to it than the photo tutorial for some.
If you read my earlier thread yes I did snap them in twice. The only time they weren't clicked in twice was when I had to get the window moved up to click in the rear roller the second time. I only have short pliers and could only reach the rear roller pin from the acces hole in the middle of the door. The front roller (by the side view mirror) went in fine via the bottom access hole.
For me it is going into the trim on the B pillar side just fine. Hopefully I won't need to do so much surgery and can guide it in to the a pillar trim if I take things apart again. I hope I don't need to remove the rollers again they are in fine and not coming out of the tracks.
