Good write-up as always from you! I am running the FSD, installed rr springs at the time & the car sits about 25mm low front & rear. Never had tyre wear problems- presently running Michelin Sport PS2. I have no answer on the low front end but is it possible the hollow bushings between the body & the sub-frame have settled? The answer may be to go with the'06+ solid bushing which is the style utilised (different p/n) on the earlier 9-5. That is my plan in a year or so if the car does not sell.
