I wanted an OES replacement, but didn't want to spend the dough. Had done alot of research on the remans, and was worried I was going to get a china unit, so got the used ones as backup. Nice to see that the autozone remans' are stamped the same as my OES units (Germany), just don't say SAAB on them. But I guess the internals are a different story, probably oversized bearings, it feels pretty tight, no slop, new boots feel good, not brittle. I hope to pop these babies in quick this weekend, I'll let you all how the Autozone remans perform, noise and vibration wise.
Worst case, I can throw in the units from the salvage yard with 105k on them, maybe inspect and regrease em while my Autozone units are in.
Definately need to put these in soon, I felt my wheel jerk a bit when pulling into the driveway today :/
