Comment was not directed at you but to half of my clients that come in now either asking about running cheaper fuel or simply looking at their knock and misfire counters on the vehicles ECM readout on the Tech 2. Can tell simply by that number alone the quality of fuel being run in the vehicle.
Its far worse for diesel directly for some and indirectly for all. (have an '06 2500HD Duramax 4x4) Last fill up was just shy of $150. Since all products and merchandise must be transported to stores etc, the simple price of diesel is driving up the cost of every product we consume from food, tires, building supplies, and personal hygiene products. Fuel dips, the price rarely drops accordingly.
