Yes, if the head is leaking just a bit. More likely a different issue, bad turbo maybe. First thing is to replace the head bolts and bring to torque. See if goes away. This should be done anyway, about a $40 job if you do yourself. If it goes away, good, if not may have to replace the head gasket, or look for leak from turbo. Although AERO turbos are better and fail much less often than LPTs.
Bad turbo does not explain oil leak outside though..... May have > 1 issue at the same time?
Turbo test is to remove the intake "snake" metal tube and pull and push on center turbo fin hub. If "end" / "Axial" play then probably be turbo
