I have purchased the OEM DIC from Neo Brothers (UK) on May 7 and received it on May 11. I have paid about $350 - which was the best price I could find by far at the time (although it now seems to be back in stock at GM).
Today I got a bill from FedEx todat for $14. $7 is for the customs duty and $7 for FedEx "services". It is not too bad. But come to think of it - it is the first time I have to pay customs duties in my entire life.
So beware when ordering parts from overseas - there may be a hidden later addition to the price.
