they say "for Koni Sport or FSD only" on the website. They have a notch that nests over the perch, so they are specific to Konis. The fit is very nice and they are simple but well made.
saabsince93b may have a different model year car or Aero and may have used FSD. I have a 2004 arc sedan and used yellows. I measured the distance from the top of the perch (where the bottom edge of the spring rests) to the center of the lower bolt hole, on the OEM and on the Konis + for me, they were identical for Konis on the lower perch - the upper perch was raised about 20mm. I also compared the shocks side to side lying on the ground + found the same thing because I had read his comments prior to doing the job (he has lots of good advice on the ins + outs of the suspension work). It was not measurement error. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture! It is a case of ymmv I think...
Drive the car for a while over some bumps to settle the suspension down before aligning. Ride height may change + you may want to fine tune at that point.
One piece of advice with the Konis with 2 nuts vs nylon lock nuts... use loctite on the double nuts! I had one side come loose due to vibration! I would never have expected that as I've done the double nut thing a million times before... cost me a second alignment!
good luck!
