Occasionally, oil pressure sensors do go. Others have opined that you may have a sludge issue. This is a strong possibility.
I, IMHO, get a reading on the oil pressure first. If it,s low you're likely dealing with a sludge issue. If so, do not put off necessary repairs; the cost of delay is a ruined engine.
