My 30K miles 2000 Aero, back in the day, would chatter the rear tires like they were snow tires. The soft rubber bushings give way and cause misalignment of the rear tires. So do you replace the bushings every 30K along with an alignment? No, just get it aligned as is and you'll that the right rear is not alignable due to it's design. So the mounting holes need to be slotted for more adjustment. Ask me how I know as I picked up three 9-5's spanning four years and they all need the right rear slotted. And one is a heavier wagon.
My case in point is one just got Eibachs and it also needed the RR bushings slotted. It's not springs, it's the design. Maybe it can't accommodate left hand drive roads? But ride has nothing to do with tire wear as long as it's aligned properly. And bushings should be replaced until there is metal to metal.
It'd be better saabsince crawled under his car to gain knowledge instead of spreading hersay.
