I am considering doing the booster myself. I've read the posts from others and have a few questions. When you pull the windshield wipers is that a black cap that comes off, with a nut under it or is it just pressed onto a shaft? (Or do you pull it with the cap on??) I worry about that circlip on the brake pedal shaft. I have a long history of dropping hard to find little parts. Do they make a tool that would grab it? My car is a 2002 arc with the abs module, and I worry about having enough room to work, everyone says how tight it is. Would removing the brake lines at the master cyl make it easier? I really don't mind bleeding the system and will probably change the brake fluid anyway. I have to admit I am tempted not to do this right now, as the whistle has gone away, but I know it will be back. Thanks.
