Dennis,
There are two sets of bolts - three attaching the bracket to the chassis, and four attaching the booster to the bracket.
The bracket's three bolts are arranged with one on the top and two on the bottom. The one on the top is the one you access through a hole found underneat the trim at the base of the windshield, which requires removal of the wipers. The other two are facing downwards and can be accessed from underneath the car with a left arm and standard ratchet w/short extension and socket. When reassembling I was actually able to get those bottom ones started by hand from above but went underneath to finish tightening with a wrench.
The four booster to bracket bolts are facing backwards and are in a square pattern. People claim to have removed these with, variously: 1) regular wrenches, 2) stubby ratcheting types, and 3) half moon types. I am dumbfounded as to how they'd accomplish this with the bracket still attached to the chassis, so I did the hybrid method described in my other posts. Not the fewest number of steps but it did render the seemingly impossible (to me) possible.
