When you say "blown" headgasket, nothing can save that, no retorque, no snake oil, no nothing.
Why do you think you have a blown headgasket?
If a hose or radiator blew and you ran the engine dry of coolant and now the coolant is squirting out of the expansion tank when trying to crank over, the engine is beyond any easy repairs.
If you just have a small oil leak at the back of the engine, you can just leave that alone and make sure all PCV parts are up to snuff.
From late 2001 and up, you don't gain anything by retorquing the headbolts, they are fine from factory.
