So, I was stranded in another town at 9am (wouldn't start 20mins after driving it) and then tonight I took a bus back to the car. Started right away.
Called CAA to test battery, they tested this and more results below.
Battery
Voltage: 12.73
Measured: 882 CCA (rated 700 CCA)
They also tested starting, starter result
Cranking normal
Voltage: 11.46V
Amps: 181.9A
Time: 1.23S
There is a graph of voltage included, oscilates between 11 and 12v no spikes/no drops.
Charging system test:
No load: 14.25V 12.8A
Loaded: 14.21V 10.6A
There is a graph of ripple...its centered around 0 no spikes
Drain test:
1.06A SUSPECT
Based on these results, could it be the ignition switch? It doesn't look like the positive battery cable or lug night on the starter right?
Reminder: I had no crank, no start, no sound on manual 2003 Linear 150k miles, no click when starting (but I didn't try pumping the clutch as per suggestion on another post), CPS and fuel pump changed in last year.
