They're not so bad after you have done a few and mastered the way of removing the door panel.
One tip: to avoiding having to take the door panel off twice.
To assure that the ball-joint of the window regulator is secured in place; The green rollers will do a double-pop. One snap into place and its fitted. one more SNAP! into place and its locked in. assuring that it wont pop out. At least not until the green plastic breaks again.
SAAB window regulators are actually one of the better window-regulator designs I have come across in my profession. So long as the metal arms of the regulator don't get bent up inadvertently (by someone try to force a jammed window up/down), the green rollers will save you the cost of a whole new regulator. Unlike most other vehicles where there are not separate replacement parts available for the power window regulator assembly.
