It is a bugger to get the proper angle to remove the aluminum plug located in the top of the tranny case. John Meyers said he would remove the battery and battery tray to allow more space to swing the wrench.
I had the Dealership do it for me the first time after failing at extracting the plug - and the Tech had one heck of a time doing it! Now I need to do this again on my 2008.
