Never seen that TSB before and it is kind of funny how it express concerns that is completely opposite of what all cars looks like when you work on the regulator.
With that TSB in hand, you would think that subsequent years released from factory would have been more fine tuned and that the stop would have been adjusted to not allow the window going all the way up or at least lightly touch the window seal.
