Battery after two years is always a possible suspect, but I would make sure that you are giving a good look to the positive battery cable.
Easily the biggest improvement I made to my electrical system. Cable tested bad, I had it replaced, and the car has started on the first couple of cranks consistently since. Like new.
So, even if you replace the battery, don't neglect the cable. It could be shortening both the alternator and battery life.
Mine is a 2003 Arc, rapidly approaching 238k miles.
