I've used the two-bolt method to break loose the rear rotors with good success. Put the caliper bracket back on the hub. Get two bolts, washers and nuts, and put them through the holes that mount the caliper. The order of the parts will be, from the back, bolt, caliper bracket, washer, then nut. The bolt should be at least 35mm long. When you are done, the bolt head should be standing out from the bracket.
Tighten each bolt a couple of turns at a time while holding the nut still with an open end wrench. When you get movement from the rotor, or you hear a pop, loosen the bolts turn the rotor 45 degrees, and repeat.
I was stunned how easy the rotor came off after using a hammer for five minutes with no result.
