Just replaced the fuel tank straps on two of my 9-5's, a 2000 and a 2001. If you live where there is a lot of road salt make sure you check them because the 2001 was bad around the area where the strap is tack welded to the bracket, but one strap on the 2000 was already rusted through. These only have in the 130k mile range so your newer 9-5 may have rusted straps if it has more miles. The strap on the driver's side (US) seems to be the worst.
