Camber is not the culprit. Toe in or out is the culprit. Toe in is the most likely. As the suspension wears and the springs sag the toe-in get too high.
Start with the proper ride height and replace any badly worn bushings.
Why am I so adamant on toe in being the cupping cause.....Well I have a 1973 Carrera RS 911 with 225x50x15 tires on 10 wheels that give you a 10 tire patch. We run -2.5 degrees of camber on these cars. I NEVER get cupping! I have driven this car over 140,000 miles and never got any cupping. Yes the tires wear unevenly......I end up with no tread on the inside and plenty on the outside at the end of a tires life.
NO CUPPING EVER.
We have 4 Aeros and my son has one.......I have done all the suspension work and I have solved cupping on all of the cars......so I am not guessing.
I have strong opinions on lower lateral link camber bars........why use them? Set the ride height right and replace really bad bushings and that is all you need.
The large bushing at the front of the trailing arm where the toe is adjusted is good one to replace with a good poly bushing.
