I notice that some later year 9-5s (2006+) sometimes have 235-45-17 tyres.
I am used to my older models running 225-45-27s, is there a body clearance issue that has been resolved, I figure the extra width will give a little more grip and maybe comfort??
Are there restrictions I should know about? My car is a 2009 wagon on 17" rims, currently on Nokians for the winter, but spring has hit with a vengeance here in France and last years summer tyres should really go to the graveyard before I do!!
Thanks
