SWEDECAR
I finally got the "R" motor in place. Problem was the replacement aluminum are was not all the way on.
I had a couple of Aluminum repair parts with are and shaft fix and started seeing how they fit. The motor shaft went in fine with a nice tight fit.
Then I noticed that there was a 3.5mm shoulder between the arm and the end of the aluminum hollow shaft at the motor end. My aluminum arm was not seated on the plastic shaft that much. I use a drift and a hammer and tapped in a bit until it was seated.
The motor then went in well and everything lined up fine.
Thanks again for your help and hope I did not bore you with my questions.......maybe the next guy to do this will be saved some time.
