Unfortunately if it is the EVAP purge valve they changed it around in design and connector type so the 02 and up have a few different types.

They also made it more difficult than it has to be by including the pipes and connectors on 02 and up even though it is only the valve itself you need most of the time (just like the 99-01).

It sits on a bracket down under the air mass meter and sometimes you can remove it and bench test it by applying voltage and maybe get it to fail and then you know more.
For 05-09 9-5 it should be p/n 55556492 but you might be able to scavenge a used one from 02 and up and just use the valve.
