This is very DIY-able if you are so inclined.
Paul is right, you have "1" code and that code is "11". He is also right that it's easier to find and fix the linkages and motors on the right hand side than on the left.
The mechanisms of the RHS that you need to inspect are along the left side of the right hand footwell, going up along the tunnel. Some of it is behind that carpeting, and some higher up. So you will need to remove the glovebox and peel back the carpeting (on the left side of the right hand side footwell)
With it exposed, the best bet is to press AUTO+OFF and watch. Do it a few times,you will see the motors, the long actuating arm, the stop arm, etc. Eventually it will become obvious what is broken or disconnected. The 3 most common problems on that side:
- broken stop arm
- linkage popped out
- motor gears disegaged
all are easy and cheap to fix.
