Hello,
Don't know if you have had any luck with this yet. What has worked for me over the years of OBDII testing for emission stickers in PA. This is based off Saab technical assistance talks back in the early 2000's when we had trouble with 96-98 non turbo 900's. But it has worked on newer years as well as other makes of cars. Here it is: My usual drive cycle to get the car through the testing is a low speed drive trying to produce a 20% to 25% engine load. My usual test drive is though a local park at 25mph putting the car into what ever gear will allow about 2200 rpm. This seems to produce the desired load. I drive for 5 miles like that, then pull over and let the car idle for about 10 minutes then drive another 5 miles like that. Then a slight regular drive with atleast 1 2 second full throttle acceleration. After that 95% of the cars I have tried will have enough readiness tests to pass the test. Also as a side note when I do have trouble with the above it is almost always one the oxygen sensors that is starting to fail and won't allow a couple of tests to run. Good Luck, Bernie
