It is technically feasible, though I think proof would be hard and results would vary from person to person. From my college studies of microwave energy I recall that certain cavities can amplify certain wavelengths. (That's why babies should not be held close to microwave ovens, due to the head size and wavelength matchup).
Obviously the transmitter frequency (therefore its wavelength) is fixed, the random element is the size of the head. Everryone would get different results.
If you think it works for you, go for it. Just think about how you look doing it! :)
