I live in Atlanta, so snow is really a non issue. (If it does snow, the last thing I need is to take out the Saab as some yahoo will total it). Given that it does rain here a decent amount, I need good wet traction, but dry perfomance is really important. Most of my commute is city driving, but, when I have to get on the highway, fast driving is the name of the game or one gets run off the road. I need crisp handling and don't mind a harsher ride. I also want to stay in the V speed rating, since these H speed Conti's that I got put on today seem to not handle as well as the V rated OEM Michelins I had them take off. The car seemed not very well dialed in on the highway, kinda "squishy" or impercise and less road feel. So, if one is not worried about snow, but gets the occasinal wicked thunderstorm, who wins the tire debate? Many thanks!
