Per Daniel Stern, lighting guru, brightest H7 avail is the Osram 65. Hi and low's are H7, he recommends the Osram for High beam only. They are very easy to change. Std halogen rules apply, don't touch the glass. If you do, clean with cotton ball and rubbing alcohol. Visit http://www.lighting.mbz.org for more info and myths debunked.
