Trionic T7 tends to keep the throttle open to keep boost up. It's especially noticeable if you tend to "short shift" (shift at low rpm, as you are supposed to for maximum economy and minimum wear) and shift while still accelerating (ditto). Other than learning to "drive around" the T-7 tendency to do that, I'm not sure what else to do. I have noticed this on T-7 equipped Saabs, not just 9-5 Linears, but Aeros and 9-3s as well. When driven hard, the system works like a charm, but when just rolling slowly down the road, it can be a little awkward.
