Use the stock (dusty) pads and perhaps upgrade to the slightly bigger Aero brake rotors.
You said you don't care about brake dust; the stock pads will yield the most consistent braking performance under all temps and all situations. NO ONE can say that the stock pads don't stop well.
Last winter I was amazed at the stopping power of my stock Aero brakes and Gislaved winter tires--I was driving on a worn interstate at freezing temps and freezing rain, when an errant garbage truck suddenly switched into my lane. Slamming on the brakes slowed my SAAB immediately without drama, and without even a hint of stability loss. And that was on a curve!
Based on the posts here, low-dust EBCs don't seem to be as consistent. There are those who love 'em and those who hate 'em.
YES, the stock pads are abrasive to the rotors. But the way I see it, rotors are wear items. I don't care to second-guess the SAAB engineers on their choice of brake pad, since the wrong choice can be the difference between having an accident and avoiding one.
