Logan is the up-and-coming area. High end lofts/condos are being built everywhere and rowhouses are selling at incredible prices -- even those requiring a complete refurbish. Clearly, though, it's still the city. The police said that DC is really transitioning dramatically -- throughout the city. I agree. While I'm certainly bothered by this incident, I believe it is isolated.
