Yeah, Kachina is miserable in terms of service. I won't go into the details but they do suck. Legends is good. Ask for Dave. Or Lund is excellent, but very far away. I have good experience at both of them.
As far as sales go, Kachina did a good job for me. They found me a charcoal grey interior car in SLC and traded for it. Although many of their sales guys look like cadillac sales men with their gold chains hanging out. Lund who I was also dealing with lied to me multiple times. First they told me leather was an option when they brought out a saab wagon to look at with cloth seats. Then they told me I had to pay for the pin stripping, tint, and desert protection package at the tune of $1000 because they said GM supplier program participants must pay for dealer installed options. Then they finally came back with there good deal which was still more than Kachina. Buyer beware. Not sure about Legends.
